Los Angeles Yoetzet Halacha

About us

Los Angeles Yoetzet Halacha Initiative established in 2011 by a coalition of local shuls led by an active committee with representatives from across the broader Los Angeles Jewish community. Throughout this period, we have worked together to support a thriving Yoetzet Halacha initiative with on-going education and accessibility for women throughout the LA area. The last decade has been a period of tremendous growth in the reach of our Yoetzet who receives a high volume of inquiries with a broad base communal support. We have great pride in this program and the leadership we take in supporting women and families in this critical area.
